I come Italia

"I come Italia" is an intermediate level cultural course for students in the first 3 years of secondary school and for young adults who are studying Italian abroad. It is a useful teaching aid for any Italian course, and the student's book has 20 dossiers, most of which are introduced by young Italians. The book is divided into 3 sections: geography, society, and culture, work and literature. Topics covered include food and sport, but also volunteering, design, art and heritage, and Italy's place in history. The dossiers are very informative and are not limited to the most obvious subjects in Italian culture.
The book can be used at different levels, and has boxes with further information and interesting facts, as well as suggestions for websites to visit and exercises to prepare for the CILS level 2 (B2) exams.
